Accommodation

MCI Amsterdam Office has reserved a number of hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories. Hotel rooms can be booked when registering online for the conference. If you would like to stay more nights, please contact us at EFCOVAL2009-reg@mci-group.com.

Deadline

Please note that the deadline for guaranteed room reservations is 7 July 2009. Requests for room reservations after this deadline can only be handled upon availability and with credit card guarantee.

In order to confirm a reservation, a credit card guarantee is required. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Please include your credit card information at the bottom of this page. To guarantee the room until the day of arrival the credit card must be valid until at least July 2009. The credit card will be used only as a guarantee in case of cancellation or no show. Payment is to be made directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Changes and cancellations of hotel bookings

All changes to hotel reservations will be performed by MCI - Amsterdam Office. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Name changes and other alterations for hotel accommodation will not be charged, unless stated otherwise. All changes must be requested in writing.

• Cancellations received until 3 months prior to arrival will be charged € 50,- administration fee.
• Cancellations received between 2 and 3 months prior to arrival will be charged 15% of the reservation value.
• Cancellations received between 1 and 2 month prior to arrival will be charged 35% of the reservation value.
• Cancellations received between 14 days and 1 month prior to arrival will be charged 60% of the reservation value.
• Cancellations received between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 85% of the reservation value.
• Cancellations received after 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation value.
